15-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 15-day refund policy on eligible products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process any return or refund requests.

Product Eligibility

Because we specialize exclusively in curated, high-quality fragrances, refunds are applicable to:

  • Our signature 50ml perfume bottles

When Can You Request a Refund?

You are fully eligible to request a refund in any of the following cases:

  • The perfume bottle is broken upon delivery.

  • The parcel is received damaged.

  • The sprayer / atomizer is broken or not working properly.

  • You didn’t like the scent. (We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be tricky, so we happily accept returns if the scent doesn’t meet your personal expectations!)

No Hidden Charges

  • No delivery charges are deducted from your refund amount.

  • No penalties for testing or light usage of the perfume.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • If the bottle is broken or damaged by the customer after delivery.

  • If the parcel box or product is damaged due to customer mishandling.

How to Initiate a Refund

You will be required to send the product back to our fulfillment center:

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and your refund request is approved, it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s standard processing times.
